It works for me. You probably have a path error. Use wscript instead. That will do two things for you;

1. Will not display an unsightly command prompt while the script is running.
2. Will display any error messages in a pop up window waiting for you to dismiss it, rather than writing to the command prompt that then immediately disappears!

function RunJScript(script) {
	AlertIf( 1, "EXEC wscript",  script, 0, 0, 0 );
}

RunJScript("c:\\Temp\\Test.js");
