[amibroker] Can't use Title statement in Procedure

The following works fine when it is inline, just before a plot statement, in main code.
Title = StrFormat("{{NAME}} - {{INTERVAL}} {{DATE}} Open %g, Hi %g, Lo %g, Close %g (%.1f%%) Vol %g, {{VALUES}}",
      O, H, L, C, SelectedValue(ROC(C, 1)), V);

However, if I put it within a called procedure, with same plot statement, it is not executed, though the plot statement is.  I've tried including O,H,L,C,V as called parameters in the procedure, but to no avail.
