Did any of you ever think what YOU would go through if you had to answer support from 6000-7000 users? Did you consider that some questions may take a whole day to solve? That many questions are answered by the user AFTER he/she wrote to support, and are wasting support's time! That many answers can be found by posting on this list or doing some Googling?


Sure, an occasional email to support goes unanswered but I can think of a hundred reasonable explanations why that can happen.


Imo, even with the occasional missing reply, it is still by far the best support I have ever encountered.


Patience is a virtue.
