Hello,
There is no bug.
It works perfectly with right extend ON and magnet ON.
It snaps to price provided that you are *close* to the price. How close is defined in Tools->Preferences
"Snap to price % threshold".
Also the amount by which Fibonacci lines are extended is controlled by WIDTH FACTOR
on the SECOND tab of properties page.
