exrem(), flip(), and equity(1) can all be used to remove redundant conditions or signals.
btw, If you just want to remove repetition in a single variable you can also detect positive or negative changes using:
PosConditionChange = Condition > ref(Condition,-1);
NegConditionChange = Condition < ref(Condition,-1);
