[amibroker] Help required on exporting historical IEOD data from Ami 5.20 to ascii format

Hello,
Can someone please help me with the procedure to export Historical Intraday Data, which is present in my Amibroker. Say that I have historical EOD from Jan2001 and Intraday Historical Data from Mar 1, 2009 till date in Ami 5.20.
I want to EXPORT the total data (including each tick) to ASCII format. How is that possible ?

I had visited the Amibroker site where it mentioned that the same is present in one of the menus. But the same is not present.

Can you please help....
