The article is silly.
First of all it does not explain when exactly this "fatal
flaw" occurs.
Further checking from different sources show that it would
occur only if you
MANUALLY TYPE
CHKDSK /r D:
in the command line.
And what this "fatal flaw" does? Nothing. The
program
just runs out of memory if disk is large. That's
all.
Very far from "fatal flaw".
Plus it can be easily fixed via single Windows Update session.
I would be perfectly happy if that was the most fatal issue in
the OS.
Non-issue.
