A quick way would be using a colored title, using a monospaced font, and using "\n" to force a new line. Then, if that works for you you can spruce it up using gfx. There are many gfx examples around that you can copy and modify; search for 'gfx table' or something like that in the afl library, Knowledge Base, and Users Knowledge Base. A nice example of what can be done is hown at:
