If the events are in a file, you can read the file and copy the events to a single static variable arrays, at AB startup.
From then on you just plot the events using a single PlotShapes() statement.
You can encode different events by assigning numerical values to the event types. The idea is similar to displaying Buy and Sell signals on your chart.
