[amibroker] Data Sources

Hi all. I am new to Amibroker, and am wondering how best and most efficiently to feed Amibroker with data. I am getting the pro version, and would like data mostly for the stock market, and would like intra day minute bars as well as longer time frames. I would also like to get accurate data as oppose to inaccurate ones which would render back testing not only moot but dangerous. Thanks.
