[amibroker] My Database is corrupted-Help

My database was fine over the weekend. Today, I opened amibroker and opened amiquote and downloaded todays quotes-just like I have done many times over. Now I have no ticker/quotes for any symbol pass the letter "P".

I go to windows explorer>My Computer> C Drive>Program Files> Amibroker>Data> US Stocks

And I can see my missing Indexes and Stock tickers...

Why is Amibroker unable to find them? Why did it happen?

How do I fix this?
