[amibroker] changing intraday time interval gives different open price

I have a 1-minute database of forex symbols. When I change the intraday time interval to display 1-hour bars the open price for the bar is different.

For example:

1-minute chart:
------------------------------
Time                Open
6/15/2009 8:00AM    1.38952

1-hour chart:
------------------------------
Time                Open
6/15/2009 8:00AM    1.39079

Shouldn't this be the same value??    this also happens for the close price...

How can I make Amibroker display the same in chart or at least behave as if they're the same in backtesting?
