your code should look something like this:
Wmovavg= ...
Buy = C>Wmovavg; // consider cross(c, wmovag);
st = ...
tp = ...
tr = ....
ApplyStop( stopTypeLoss, stopModePoint, st,
1 );
ApplyStop( stopTypeProfit, stopModePoint ,
tp, 1 );
ApplyStop( stopTypeTrailing, stopModePoint ,
tr, 1 );

It still executes on the close with zero delay.
