What is the symbol name to allow to load with AmiQuote stocks from Toronto (e.g. VGQ Virgina Mines) or from Hong-Kong (e.g 3377 : Sino-Ocean Holding)?
US stocks require only the symbol code (eg. "KMP"). Stock from London requires the extension ".L" after the symbol code.
What are the extensions for Hong-Kong and for Toronto?
