[amibroker] Query about some sort of Proxy Quote Server to be installed inhouse

Hello All

I would like to know if any sort of Server exists that pulls historical & real-time data from multiple data-feeds automatically, maybe segregated on lines of what feed is best or cheapest for what market. Capable of maybe automating the data pull schedule, also, capable of manipulating/changing symbols/data conversion, if required. 

Capable of providing historical data from on its own without interaction with backend data providers & proxying real-time data feed, to users on the LAN, in the real-time on LAN speeds, in .

Anyone know of such software? Comments/opinions?
