I too have just subscribed to IB and awaiting account activation. Can someone please advise what are Data  Feed limitations of IB when used with Amibroker? I have come across posts on Net claiming that

1. Tick Data is not available & max feed granularity is seconds.
2. Max 100 symbols can be updated at the same time unless the client is yielding over 800$ in commissions, then this restriction does not apply.
3. IB retains real-time historical second data for 10 days only and then processes and retains only higher granularity data...seems to be a very odd thing to do, if it is correct.

Suresh, Can you please tell why louies had this ..sort of hanging problem and why your solution will help? What is happening inside the software to cause this?
