It was built a few years ago by one of the users, probably still in the file section on this board or the 3rd party section of AB website.
It simulates real time data by continually generate data based on random numbers generation, it was intented to test out codes to see if they would look to the future. Now it is mainly redundant because you can do the equivalent by using barreplay.
