Hi Ram,
You might want to look at the sample code for a gui-based trading interface at the following web page. I haven't tried it yet. I would first like to see how far I can get using BookTrader that comes with TWS.

BookTrader lets you enter orders by clicking on a price ladder. You can also configure automatic bracket orders, but I am not sure if the order settings can be setup for different security types (i.e. use +/- 0.03% for forex, use +/- 3% for stocks.)
