Seriously, AFAIK, there is no way to do it without rewriting your colorization logic in VBA and running that inside Excel after loading a .csv with the uncolored raw values.
I would agree that if it is possible to save a .xls with colors intact, that sure would be a very-nice-to-have feature.
Or, if the AA window could save/reload it's contents to the same effect ...
