Hi Blair,
are you using 32 or 64 bit AmiBroker on 64 bit XP?
There are two scrun.ddls. One for 64 bit (C:\windows\system32), another for
32 bit (C:\windows\SysWow64).
A 32 bit process can use only 32 bit dll. A 64 bit process can use only 64
bit dll...
Did you register the one you need?
