Buy = Cover = yourSignal;
Sell = Short = yourSignal; 

Buy = ( Buy AND Name() == "LongETF" )  OR
      ( Short AND Name() == "ShortETF" );

Sell = ( Sell AND Name() == "LongETF" ) OR
       ( Cover AND Name() == "ShortETF" );
