I'll be more than happy to submit this to support. In response to all the suggestions here, I greatly appreciate the effort to solve this. That said this is the AB discussion list, I don't have any problem posting this here, that is where the largest body of people are. I see tons of emails a day from this list that don't interest me. I just skip them. That's part of being on a discussion list I guess.

I believe I did identify the problem last night and mentioned it in several of my posts. The problem is the IQFeed plugin, which even when the network is disconnected, is causing these updates. MSFT is not pricing at that time of night at all, there are no ticks coming in, and the network is disabled. As soon as I disable the IQFeed plugin, the updates stop.

The IQFeed plugin should not be causing refreshes on charts when nothing is even crossing the wire. It's really that simple. So the question will be how can we get the plugin to cease from causing updates in charts that have tickers which are not even pricing. That is the ultimate question here.
