This makes perfect sense, except for *one* thing.
I have a chart now, with MSFT. It's not pricing 3 times a second at this hour of the day, unless IQFeed is simply resending the last quote over and over many times per second. Is that possible? I somehow doubt that.
Because reasons b through d are not the cause. I'm not sure what e is though, data window display update? What would cause that, a timer refresh for animation purposes?
