Dualism is the basis of the objective world ... the P has light (conscious) and dark (subconscious) elements ... they also recycle power. It is quite common for the darker elements to dominate early in the morning ... quite simply that has a good deal to do with lifestyle (late nights, diet, excessive pleasures etc) ... if we are living the good life we wake with optimism and aspiration foremost in our consciousness.

The more refined we become the greater the selfdiscipline (healthy lifestyle) that is demanded of us ..... not many people would like to live under my self imposed regime.

When I take a whacking from the forum I generally appreciate it .. not immediately but after a days reflection I can appreciate where I need to adjust my behaviour.
