Yes, they seem to have 4 processors and with hyperthreading you get 8 .
 
BTW - i've seen some posts here that claim they are running 32 bit AB on 64 bit op system. You might look into that - it would allow you to get a bit bigger machine for the future.
 
Also the SSD would be overkill imho - since AB cache's most of the data in memory.

Dell seems to have a good deal on i7 XPS desktops at 2.93 Ghz
