Don't know about what happened with your particular situation...but in defense of Graham K., I have used his service twice now, and got back solid work both times.
My only complaint is that he is usually pretty busy, so there is a 3-4 week wait time before he can get to your project. But otherwise, his work product is solid.
Did you take your issue up with him before posting here? I'm sure he would make good on your complaint.
