[amibroker] Check conditions and then act on trigger- coding help..

HI!

I am trying to generate a buy signal with 3 conditions...my buy 
trigger will be on at the bar when 3rd conditions have occured given 
that other 2 has already occured..but i do not know how code this 
proporly...

buy1= Pivot low
sell1=Pivot high

buy2=  cross (Close,15 Ma)
sell1= cross ( 15 Ma, Close)

buy3=V> wma(V,15)



My buy should be triggered when any of the 2 has already occured and 
at the bar when the 3rd trigger goes green.

i tried-

Cond1= Flip ( buy1,sell1);
cond2= Flip ( buy2,sell2);
cond3= buy3;

Buy= cond1 and cond2 and cond3;

But its not working properly..can any one help.....
