Okay, I found what I was searching for. There is a post in which TJ 
wrote:

So I modified the formula in PortfolioIO.afl to:

KRatio   = ValueWhen(BIR > 0, m * SRDevSQ / (ErrEq * NoBars));

... and that matches the figure in the backtester.
