[amibroker] MT4 Data Plugin

Hi,

Mr Takekusu had filed the new MT4 Data plugin in the website.    But 
the new plugin is not working.   It does not get connected. 

Did anybody have similar experience with the new plugin ?

Takekusu says  "perhaps it requires vc6redistsetup.exe".

Can anybody guide as to where this set up is available, and how to use 
it.
