Hi all,
I have a curious problem which I hope somebody can help.
At present, I have no problems streaming the SPI, HK, KSE index
future data into AB from IB. However for some reason, I cannot do the
same for US data. I have tried "ESH9-GLOBEX-FUT-USD" and "MCD-NYSE-
STK" both with no success.
When I attempt to load either of the above symbols, I get the normal
messages of "backfilling starting ... stage1 .. stage 2 ... etc etc",
everything that indicates that I am about to get a successful
backfill, but when the process finishes, there is no chart, and AB
tells me that there are no bars and therefore cannot display the
chart.
I know that I have access to the data as I can clearly see the prices
with TWS. Is it not a case that any data to which you have subscribed
to within IB, you should be able to stream it into AB ? BTW, I am
using 1min bars
Hope that somebody can shed some light on this, very frustrating.
