Hi Herman,

With a global provider, like eSignal, you can subscribe to multiple  
exchanges and download from them, into one database, seamlessly ... 
tickers from the various exchanges are distinguished by different 
suffixes (similar to Yahoo).

Boring old 'plotforeign' would then do the job for you.
