I regularly read several that sometimes have useful information:

Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities
TASC a regular magazine.  There is a subscription fee of $49.95 per year.  Most of the articles are related to trading systems.  Sometimes there is a valuable idea.  There is AFL code in every issue. 
They also publish a tabloid-style newspaper, Traders.  It is free, but worthless.

Futures
Futures had been free, but is trying to get subscribers to pay $78 per year.  You
can still find free subscription offers occasionally.  Some of the articles are related to trading systems, and some are valuable.  There is
sometimes code, but seldom for AFL.

Active Trader
Active Trader is a regular magazine with a subscription fee of $59.40 per year.  For some reason, their magazines are
destroyed in the mailing process, but no other magazines are damaged. 
Most of the articles are related to trading systems.  Trading systems are sometimes described in detail, but never tested properly.  There is occasionally AFL code.

Stocks, Futures, and Options
SFO is a regular magazine with strong ties to PFG and Russell Wasendorf.  It is free.  The quality of articles in SFO is quite good.  There is seldom detailed description of trading techniques.
