You are missing the most important thing: I do NOT do
support - it is not my task.
Marcin is DEDICATED employee that is doing support and nothing
more.
And there is dedicated address for support.
You need to understand that EACH support that you force me to
answer on this list
means LESS development.
Eventually my time is consumed and there is ZERO development
going on if
people use the list instead the support address to get tech
support.

Actually, I for one really don't mind following
such forensic matters on this list.
True, some become tedious, but I have the
subjects grouped by conversation and can easily auto-dump stuff I'm not
interested in.
I have learned quite a bit by looking over
shoulders here.
