Yes they are still in business, I get their EOD downloads every night. Just
looked at their webpage, it looks like they have removed the RT QPFeed
offering, maybe someone who subs to that could comment on its status. They
are not always the greatest at returning calls or responding to support
emails, maybe understaffed or something, but once you are signed up their
data downloads are pretty reliable and you probably shouldn't need to
contact them. You could try joining their Yahoo group and posting there,
Gary monitors it so hopefully he can help you...
