The code below will export AB data to one huge Mseod.csv file. In AA, setup
the filters and then click on "Scan" button. I would suggest first to test
it exporting a watch list with just a few symbols. I'm not sure if "All
symbols" + "All quotations" will work, you might have to first export all
symbols to a watch list. In the past there have been some minor glitches if
you tried to do this kind of stuff and use "Range"(maybe it's all been
fixed by now):

In the past Metastock had file import utility which could easily handle
importing thousand of symbols from ASCII files, so the new version should
be able to do it as well. Don't really know, the latest version of
Metastock that I used was v4.51RT for DOS (!!)
