Not clear what you are asking for in the first question.
As to the second question:

fast = MA( Close, 5 );
slow = MA( Close, 25 );

is3Letter = StrLen(Name()) == 3;

Buy = Cross( fast, slow ) AND is3Letter;
Sell = Cross( slow, fast );
