Is there any introductory "Amibroker AFL for dummies" book/link/info site?

A quick intro to: Click here, type this. This is how you program
"Hello World" in AFL.

At the moment all I am reduced to is reading what I can find using web
search. Much of it is at intermediate to advanced PhD level type
learning interface, which is not much help to raw beginners.
