Had the same problem earlier. I have two video cards, nVidia and GeForce. Support said, "Your graphic card may be incapable of anti-aliased 3D graphics.
Download old version without anti-aliasing:". Either ask Support for the file or I'll send it if you send me your email address. davidfitch@xxxxxxxxxxx

Does anyone have problems creating 3D charts from the optimizing menu when running multiple monitors?

I run two GEFORCE 8600GTS 256 MB dual cards on a XP with 4 GB RAM....

My system crashes when I click the 3D item.
