Tim,
The way to show the volume component on a constant volume chart is to
use the inverse of the time it takes to fill the bar. You need to use
start times instead of end times on the bars to make this work on the
last bar.
I don't have an easy to apply ready AFL formula for doing this, but
perhaps someone else does.
