I have changed my formula to trade when the bar closes. However, 
since I only want to trade at certain times, I have a trade period 
that is open for 15 minutes when the bar is due to close. It seems to 
work fine and I haven't had any of the problems that I had before.

Now if the bar closes late, my trading period is still open and makes 
the trade.
