I agree that the site claims to be the work of a trading group and
that the material is free (the words "open source' did pop up in a
google search for ForexMT4 although I don't think that was an
official view).

People seem to be getting rather upset about non - existent, or
doubtful, copyright issues.
I agree with you that techie could have made an effort to sort it out
and present the pseudocode first ... assuming he/she has tried that
and is having trouble with the AFL.
I seldom feel inclined to post help for people who don't appear to be
helping themselves as much as they can.
I am very unlikely to scour through a PDF, deciphering acronyms and
putting together the psuedocode just for someone else.
