I emailed TD Ameritrade support about developing a plugin and they replied:
 
'As for connecting Amibroker with our data feed, you would need to email API@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to have it added to our list of compatible partner tools.'
I have since emailed them as to
1) if they plan on building API
2) when they will start
 
Will post when they reply.
