Hello TJ,
Why don't you add buttons for zooming in/out, shorter/longer
candlesticks etc. instead of making people go through the customizing
process? You could still have the customizing process but yet make it
easier for people to use AB right out of the box. The main criticism
about AB is the need to know programming or coding. If you made it
easier for new traders or those who have no wish to learn coding,by
offering built-in studies (candle recognition, auto trendlines,
triangles) etc., this would reduce/eliminate any intimidation of
needing to learn code. I am sure many give AB a pass because of the
intimidation and opt for lesser quality software.
