There is a good example of Relative Performance built in to AB ....
Charts >> Basic Charts (this will give you an appreciation of the
concept).
Specifically:
C - C[ i ] ) / C[ i ]
where i == any integer < 0 == number of bars referenced.
This is the same as ROC(array,i).
