Yes it is on the list of things to do, but requires structural changes in the database
(timestamps need to be 64 bits as opposed to 32 bit and
that means that all fields in the database need to be longer
and all plugins need to be adjusted so implementing
this feature is connected with significant change/retesting of
many parts and therefore it is not that trivial as one may think).
