You can use Param() to control the levels, for example,

 

toplevel = param("top", 70, 55, 95, 1);

bottomlevel = ...

 

plot(toplevel, ...

plot(bottomlevel ...

Is it possible to make the Parameter in Axis/Grid Level flexible?
Example in RSI we want to have 60/30 instead.
