No bug.  Have you read the "Files and Directories used by AmiBroker" section of the Users Guide?  The layout files are discussed there.

Where does Amibroker save Local and global layouts? This is not the
1st time I lose the layout I click on. It pops up empty, and I have
to recreate the indicators one by one. This is very annoying bug.

Is there a file where Amibroker saves the layouts?
