[amibroker] IB Controller response caching?

Curious about how the IB Controller interface is implemented. Is every
request from afl sent through the IBC to the TWS, or is there caching
of results so the TWS does not see every request? The reason I ask is
because I have confidence AB and IBC can handle frequent requests, but
I have low confidence in TWS's ability to perform under load.
