[amibroker] drawing a horizontal line

Is there any way of drawing a horizontal line of the closing price @
10:30AM (in the price chart)
-The line should commence from 10:30Am and end @ 1:00PM. 
Any help in providing AFL will be highly appreciated. Thanks
