You should contact SUPPORT.

It is not clear if you mean mouse cursor (with or without crosshair???) or vertical selection line.
If you mean mouse movement without crosshair - the movement should have nearly zero effect on CPU.
If you mean mouse movement with crosshair - it can account for 10% CPU if you are using linked
windows and moving very very fast as X,Y coords display is updated with every pixel move so
can be thousands of updates per second.
